Thank you for visiting my website. It has been an honor to serve as your State Representative and I look forward to serving another term.

I was honored by my colleagues to be elected Chairman of the Freshman Caucus and then Vice-Chairman of the Joint Budget Committee during my second term.   Committee appointments include Revenue and Tax, Insurance and Commerce, Economic and Tax Policy, Joint Budget and Legislative Council.

My legislative efforts have supported higher education, economic development, increased funding for our highways and additional turn back funds for our counties and cities.  I support tax policy that is fair and conducive to economic growth and have worked to protect private property rights.  I have received the Arkansas Realtors Association Legislator of the Year award, the Arkansas Municipal League Distinguished Legislator Award and Association of Career and Technical Education Outstanding Service Award.

The experience gained in previous terms will be invaluable as our state continues to address the issues of education for our children and issues that help promote economic development. Helping the citizens of District 4 has been a privilege and representing you is an honor. I will continue to represent you with integrity and serve with character, commitment and courage.
